If you are unable to access your course:
Make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used to purchase the course (duplicate accounts can occur if different email addresses have been used).
Ensure your course has not expired. After the expiry date, course content will no longer be accessible.
Clear your browsers cache and cookies and try again using another device – a desktop computer is recommended over mobile phone or tablet.
Please note, firewalls and VPNs in corporate networks or devices may affect access.

ACCA Learning email address
Personal ACCA Number, if applicable
Username used to log in to MyACCA
Course name
Order number
